The 20-Week Fitness & Lifestyle Challenge
This professionally designed program supports participants in learning about and addressing common lifestyle challenges that may occur with changes in age and daily habits. If you’re noticing signs of reduced energy, increased stress, or simply want to take a more proactive role in your overall wellbeing, now is a great time to take action.
This isn’t just another fitness challenge—it’s a structured, education-based program that encourages long-term lifestyle changes through informed daily habits.
Why Join This Challenge?
The 20-Week Fitness & Lifestyle Challenge stands out by focusing on the connection between physical activity, routine, and lifestyle habits. The aim is to support participants in developing a more consistent approach to health-focused behaviours across all areas of life. This includes understanding key health-promoting concepts and building practical systems to follow them in daily life.
The program is grounded in five key focus areas: Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset. These are known as the 5 Pillars of Health. By exploring these areas through guided learning and weekly reflection, participants are supported to develop routines that align with their personal health and fitness goals.
This challenge includes:
- A theory component to build general knowledge around basic health principles
- A physical accountability component to help implement what is learned through supported activity tracking, group participation, and ongoing motivation.
Please note: This program is educational in nature and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are encouraged to seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns or specific health conditions.
*NOTE - This 'Theory Course' component is a seperate cost to the 'Accountability challenge'
The Bi Annual Physical challenge will be $30 per week on a direct debit with Paysmart QLD or an upfront payment of $600. You will have access to this at the completion or your theory course.
BI annual Physical challenges run:
JUN 30th to NOV 30th and JAN 31 to MAY 30
Terms and conditions apply
The Outcome: A Healthier, More Energised You
By the end of the 20 weeks, the aim is to support you in building consistent, sustainable lifestyle habits that contribute to improved overall wellbeing. While physical changes may occur for some participants, the primary focus is on increasing your awareness, understanding, and application of health-promoting behaviours that can support your day-to-day quality of life.
This challenge is about exploring ways to move, eat, think, and live that align with your personal goals and values—providing tools, structure, and encouragement to help you stay on track now and into the future.
The Time to Act is NOW
There’s no perfect moment to begin focusing on your health—only the present. Taking small, consistent steps now can help you feel more empowered and in control of your routine and energy levels.
Join the 20-Week Fitness & Lifestyle Challenge and start building positive habits in a supportive, educational environment designed to help you stay accountable and engaged.
Your commitment to yourself starts today.
The Theory Course.
Your Foundation for Success
The first stage of the challenge is the Theory Course, designed to help you explore the 5 Pillars of Health: Sleep, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset. This course goes beyond the “what” to also help you understand the “why.” You’ll be introduced to how daily habits in these areas can influence your energy levels, routine, motivation, and overall wellbeing.
You’ll also be encouraged to reflect on how your current lifestyle patterns are impacting your health-related goals and consider strategies to create more balance in these areas. Throughout the course, short quizzes are provided at the end of each section to help reinforce key concepts and support your learning.
By the end of the Theory Course, you’ll have a solid foundation of knowledge to help guide your personal health and fitness journey—and practical ways to begin integrating these habits into your daily routine.
Please Note:
The Theory Course is separate from the Physical Accountability Challenge.
Participation in the Physical component is $30 per week via direct debit through PaySmart QLD, or $600 if paid upfront. Access to the Physical component will be granted once the Theory component has been completed.
The Mind Gym:
The Mind Gym: Building Mental Readiness
Before progressing to the Physical Accountability Course, participants are introduced to the Mind Gym—a self-reflection and readiness checkpoint designed to help you assess your own level of commitment and personal organisation.
We’ve found that one of the most common challenges in making lasting lifestyle changes is not just physical activity or food choices—it’s maintaining consistency, focus, and self-discipline over time. The Mind Gym encourages you to explore your current mindset and routines, helping you prepare for the next phase of the challenge.
As part of this stage, you’ll be invited to a one-on-one coaching and planning session with our team member Sue Seaby, who will guide you through a reflective conversation around your goals, motivation, and time management strategies. This is not a therapy session or psychological assessment—it’s a free planning and mindset support session included in the Theory Course.
We ask that all participants complete this step before accessing the next stage of the program. This helps ensure that you're personally ready to take on the full experience of the Physical Challenge with commitment and clarity.
*NOTE: The one-on-one coaching session is FREE and included in Theory Course.
Accountability Course:
Where the Action Begins
Once you've completed the Theory Course and participated in the Mind Gym session, you're ready to apply what you've learned in the Physical Accountability Course—a 20-week guided experience focused on building sustainable health habits through movement, mindset, and personal responsibility.
This phase includes:
• Weekly check-ins via Zoom, phone, or in person to help keep you engaged and on track
• Progress tracking to support your accountability and motivation
• A sample meal plan designed to align with general healthy eating guidelines and support your training goals
• General exercise guidance tailored to your fitness level to help you stay active throughout the challenge.
Each week, you’ll be encouraged to reflect on your habits and choices, with opportunities to review your routine and make adjustments as needed. The focus is on building consistency, increasing your confidence, and maintaining momentum as you work toward your individual health and fitness goals.
Please Note:
Access to the Physical Accountability Challenge is provided upon completion of the Theory Course and is charged separately.
