The program includes both a theory-based course to build your knowledge and understanding and a Physical Accountability course to ensure you put what you’ve learned into practice.

The Theory Course.

Your Foundation for Success:


The first part of the challenge is the Theory Course, where you’ll dive deep into each of the 5 Pillars of Health. This course isn’t just about teaching you the “what”—it’s about teaching you the “why.” You’ll learn why sleep is essential for weight management, how proper hydration fuels your energy, and why nutrition is the cornerstone of good health. You’ll also explore the importance of stress management and how to build a positive mindset that sticks.


At the end of each section, you’ll take a short quiz to reinforce your learning. By the time you finish the Theory Course, you’ll have a thorough understanding of what it takes to achieve optimal health—and more importantly, you’ll know how to apply these lessons to your daily life.

The Mind Gym:

Before you move on to the Physical Accountability Course, we introduce you to the Mind Gym. Here’s the truth: the biggest obstacle you’ll face isn’t walking 10,000 steps or giving up sugar—it’s the mental battle you have with yourself every day. It’s that inner voice telling you to skip the workout, eat the junk food, or take the easy way out.


In the Mind Gym, we assess your motivation and personal organisation. This step is critical. Without the right mindset and planning, even the best-laid plans will fail. You’ll meet with our Intuitive Relationship Coach, Sue Seaby, for a one-on-one coaching session designed to prepare you for success not only in this challenge but for life.


If you’re not ready to commit fully at this stage, we won’t move you forward. It’s as simple as that. We want to ensure you’re ready to put in the work and see results. If you pass the Mind Gym, you’ll have proven that you’re ready to take this challenge head-on.

Accountability Course:

Where the Magic Happens


Once you’ve completed the Theory Course and passed the Mind Gym, it’s time to put your knowledge into action with the Physical Accountability Course. This 20-week phase includes:


Weekly check-ins via Zoom, phone, or

in person to monitor your progress.

Weigh-ins to keep you accountable and motivated.

• A FREE meal plan tailored to your nutritional needs to support your goals.

Exercise guidance to keep you moving and

active throughout the challenge.


Each week, you’ll have an opportunity to reflect on your progress and make any necessary

adjustments. We’ll be there every step of the way to guide you, celebrate your wins, and keep you on track.
